A little bit about our coaches
is the founder, director and owner of Okanagan Rhythmic Gymnastics.
As an athlete she was BC and Canadian Junior and Senior Champion. As Canada’s star on the world scene, she was a gold medallist at the Four Continents Championships, Jr. Pan Ams and was the most medalled athlete at the 1994 Commonwealth Games (5 Medals). In her final years as an athlete she was a finalist and medalist at multiple major world competitions and was and Canada’s only representative at the 1996 Olympic Games.
She started coaching in 1992 (full time since 1997) and has been a National Team coach since 2001. Camille and her team have produced BC and Canadian Champions including a Youth Olympic Festival finalist, 2 Pan Am Medallists, 3 Pacific Rim medalists, multiple international finalists and World University Games participants.
Camille is aN NCCP level 3 coach and has served Provincially as a board member, on BC’s Competitive Development Committee and as a National level judge. At the domestic level, Camille served (for 11 consecutive years) as Gymnastics Canada’s elected National Team Coaches Chair and as a member of the RG Technical Committee and is now pioneering advances in domestic development and has been working with NCCP to re-write the RG curriculum.

Brie is a level 3 coach who has coached for 9 years and has been a full-time professional coach for 6 years. She is an integral part in the recent development of the club. This year she will be working with Performance Team, Interclub, Pre-Competitive and Competitive. As an athlete Brie Competed at a National level in RG and represented our team at many National and International events. Brie currently sits on the BC Gymnastics board of directors and is a member of the BC Competitive Development Committee.
Tammy used to be a high performance coache for artistic gymnastics. Her unique skill set, thirst for learning, and her passion for strong foundations and development set her apart. Tammy will be coaching Parent and Tot, Pre-school, Performance Team and Competitive. She is a level 3 coach with over 25 years of coaching experience.
Jessica Krushen trained at Okanagan Rhythmics as an athlete. She was the youngest ever Canadian Novice Champion, Junior Canadian Champion, and Pan Am Champion. She went on to earn international recognition through the achievement of multiple medals and finals appearances abroad. She is a certified coach and will also be pursing her Judging Certification. This year she will be coaching Performance Team and competitive.
