If you have received a recommendation from a past coach from ORGC to join this program and you paid your fall deposit in full  you are all set to register. If you have not been involved in our program yet, and you wish to audition for this program please contact Camille at info@rgstars.net. Try out evaluation for new members - contact us using the form below. To confirm commitment into the program new members must pay a $200 non-refundable deposit and complete a fall commitment form. The deposit will be used to cover your setup costs in the fall and reg fee.

As many years as you are age eligible.For the 2020-21 season you must be born between 2011-2013.

DUE to COVID regulations, we have no big shows or events planned at this time. We will focus on growth, development, teamwork, creativity and joy! We will likely do some small family demos when we are allowed. We plan to re-evaluate options in Nov/Dec. and will continue to be creative moving forward.

With current COVID requirements, all participants must have a fully stocked survival kit at all training sessions. This includes:

• a clean mask (sealed in a ziplock bag),
• wet wipes, hand sanitizer,
• clean personal cleaning cloth,
• personal size bleach-free spray cleaner.
• Athletes are also required to have their own basic safety kit: bandaids, disinfectant ointment/cream, any personal meds (any painkillers, allergy meds etc that you'd have them take).

All athletes will receive an information letter regarding entry protocol based on current COVID regulations prior to starting in the fall.

We have 3 Payment options:

•  1 Payment in full at the beginning of the season
• 3 payment plan that runs consecutively beginning on the date you register and ends after 3 payments. Payments are every 30 days.
• 6 payment plan that runs consecutively beginning on the date you register and ends after 6 payments. Payments are every 30 days.

Added to your fees is a one time yearly Club Registration fee $175.00- Club Administration/ registration/insurance fee. Also added to your fees is a one time yearly BC Registration fee- $32.00 + GST 

Please note: Registration (tuition) is for the full term and is non-refundable. If we are required to make changes due to the situation with Covid (including creating online training options and or a mix of online and in person due to coach illness, pandemic situations and/or what phase our province is in), we will be sure to find creative ways to do that.

Upon completing registration, ORGC will email you measurement and order forms. Please email it back to us on or before Sept. 12th. Usual classes begin the week of Sept. 13th.

Team Uniform  ordered by ORGC includes- team shorts, 1 team Leggings, 2 Training tops, 1 team long sleeve- APPROX $200.00 to be invoiced to you following our fall set up

Equipment Package- includes: rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, ribbon stick, 3 tennis balls, scarf (we have a package we were able to get for only $65 that includes everything...just let us know what you want/need)

If you are interested in other equipment there are upgrades available. Please contact your daughter's coach.

Depending on COVID regulations, if Necessary- Competition Suits $150.00+ per suit- (1-2) paid for/ordered by parents after coach has approved the suit

If necessary, Music $30.00 (shared music 2 routines X $15.00)

Fully stocked COVID 19 KIT- PLEASE NOTE: ORGC does not provide/sell COVID KIT materials

Additional Equipment Includes:

• good running shoes,
• weather appropriate outdoor wear,
• warm tight fitting layers for indoors,
• many white socks

Private Lessons

Competition Costs approx. $300-$700 per event

Extra Events

Participate in parent viewing days, reading emails/notices in a timely manner. Parent help organizing and leading up to shows/ comps, chaperones for performances and competitions. In some cases parents will help with logistics of registration/travel/ planning for competitions.

Registering in this program means that you read the online parent handbook and that you understand and agree to club policies for private lessons, music, competition suits, training and travel etc.
