- If an athlete is injured we are always willing to alter their training accordingly (it’s not a reason to miss)
- The health and well being of our athletes and families is of utmost importance to us. Our club follows recommendations of the Province, City, the Public Health Unit and the BC Medical Association. If there are any epidemics (ex. H1N1 virus or head lice etc) or natural disasters (evacuations etc) sessions will be cancelled as advised with no make-up sessions or refunds.

- Tuition fees are NOT monthly fees, but rather a flat fee for the 10/mo program.
- There are holidays and breaks etc. when training is cancelled and there are also extra rehearsals, performances...none of this changes tuition annually or monthly.
